Roblox Player does not launch at all on some OEM Windows 11 installs

I recently got a new laptop and was seeing how it ran games compared to my desktop due to it being based on a nearly 10 year newer platform (2016 desktop vs 2024 laptop). During testing, I noticed no matter what I did Roblox specifically did not launch. This is my only Windows 11 computer as I could not be bothered to deal with installing WiFi drivers since 10 doesnt bundle WiFi 6 card support by default. The default launcher closes with no dialog and Bloxstrap comes up with this message

At first I thought this could be one of the ~4 programs I installed (Windhawk specifically) but I have it in the process exclusion list AND I have Windhawk always running in the background of my desktop with very invasive mods (desktop runs the game fine too) and it happens with it closed so it was not the case.

The things I did, in order:

  1. Uninstalled McAfee and a few bundled programs from the MS store (it was around 4 things added by Acer and the rest were just Micro$oft bloatware items)
  2. Installed Firefox and updated the AMD drivers
  3. Ran this script from Github: https://github.com/Raphire/Win11Debloat
  4. Installed Windhawk with a few tweaks targetting dwm.exe and explorer.exe to revert Windows 11 UI changes
  5. Tried and failed to launch roblox (both with Windhawk open and closed)

The machine is an Acer Aspire 3 15 with a Ryzen 7 5700U and Windows 11 Home

Just as more evidence it isnt Windhawk and is something from the OEM install:
