Roblox Player Not Opening

My roblox player seems to be having some issues :disappointed:. No crash logs, nothing opens tho. It just does the loading circle then nothing opens/loads. Studio works fine. Microsoft store version just crashes/closes before it even loads the login page. Iā€™ve reset my computer (formatted with USB and iso) which seemed to fix it but after I restarted the PC the issue came back. Iā€™ve reinstalled Roblox a few times (deleting prefetch, temp, and appdata local Roblox files).

Do note I do not see it in background processes (other report(s) seem to have it in background processes).

I also have the same issue and did what you stated, even restarting my wifi router. I also find it strange, that the player having trouble at night for me (most of the time I had the issue). However, today I had trouble the entire day.

Iā€™m sorry to hear you are running into issues. Could you please check if there are any Hyperion crash dumps? Just search for a file using the pattern HYP*.tmp . Also, could you please take a look at the Windows Event Viewer and check if there is anything Roblox client-related.

Finally! A developer tries to fix this issue that makes me want to spew my eyes out like jelly!

There are not any Hyperion crash dumps from what I could see.

There is nothing under Event Viewer ā†’ Windows Logs ā†’ Application that is related to Roblox. (Maybe Iā€™m looking in the wrong spot).

Is there a specific file location I can search for these dump files (nothing in appdata/local/roblox and %temp%)?

can you please check if you have the registry Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ROBLOX Corporation\Environments\RobloxPlayer\Channel, if so, delete it before reinstallation.
Also, would you please provide any logs during reinstallation and launch?

I didnā€™t find any registry at Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ROBLOX Corporation\Environments\RobloxPlayer\Channel

but I did delete Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ROBLOX Corporation
as well as Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Roblox

The issue is still present. Attached the installation log in Private Messages.

My roblox player seems to be working now after it said ā€œinstalling robloxā€ when I went to play. Whatever yā€™all did fixed my Roblox Player. Will keep you updated.

This issue is occurring for me now as well and currently I have no fix

Still not opening, wish I could make my own post about this but I donā€™t have the requirements to.
