Roblox Player stuck on "joining server" screen for ages

Whenever I try to join any game using the Roblox Player, it always gets stuck on this specific loading screen for usually around 1-5 minutes.

This is problematic because it means that for some games, I’ve been spawned in but can’t see or do anything for several minutes which means I’m likely to lose if it’s a versus game of some sort. It’s extremely frustrating, especially when I’m trying to play with friends.

I’ve looked around for others with the same issue and have only found one instance from a couple of months ago, but no fix for it. My PC is only a few years old and I’ve only been having this issue for the past 2 months. I’ve also found that the game has actually already loaded behind the loading screen, but the problem is that said screen won’t disappear soon enough.

A frickle frackle problem ,so please reveal your PC hardware? :stethoscope:

Apologies for the late response, AMD Athlon 3000G CPU, Radeon Vega 3 GPU, 16gb RAM.

Thing is though, I’ve had this PC for almost 3 years and it loaded Roblox completely fine before, it only started getting stuck recently.

it randomly happens to me i think if you wait it will resolve on its own i would try reinstalling roblox too

Sorry for bumping, this is still occurring. Some game severs will just not let me join. I’ll get stuck on the “joining server” screen, after about 30 seconds I can hear in-game audio playing, but it still just stays stuck on that screen. After about 3-5 minutes I CAN join, but then I have unbearable amounts of ping.

Issue persists after restarting as well, and it’s only 1 specific game server. I can join other games/severs just fine, it’s just this one.
