In the past week, roblox has became corrupting it’s own files. This occurs along with unexpected crash.
Reinstallation helps… For some time, until it corrupts again.

Randomly, but yes, this still occurs. Recently I have began receiving similar message, but diffirent one, which dissapeared after I rebooted PC (most of such issues with roblox get fixed by that)
Do you have an example of the recent message?
I had the following message:
“Failed to install file: ”
Filename was capital letters and numbers. Don’t remember which files exactly sadly.
It would help with the investigation if you could share some logs from %LOCALAPPDATA%\Roblox\logs, especially the installer ones that look like RobloxPlayerInstaller_XXX.log. Thank you for the report!
Alright, next time I’ll encounter this, I’ll get logs and send you them. For now, everything is ok, and it triggers absolutely randomly.
Since you haven’t experienced this in about a month now, I’m going to close this bug report. If you encounter it again, please post a new one with all of the information required for bug reports, particularly your log files, or we will not have enough information to action the bug
