I’ll try to explain how this works from my perspective. I’m writing on May 21st because perhaps this issue or bug will be resolved in the future. As many know, Roblox recently launched Roblox Plus for developers on its platform, if they’ve met certain requirements. A month ago, many people, including me, were promised a 6-month Roblox Plus subscription.
The first screenshot, taken literally the day this decision about the new publish requirements was announced, says I meet the requirements. The second screenshot, which I literally just took, no longer says that. Until recently, the second screenshot required Roblox Plus for publishing experience to all ages (you can see it in the first one), but after the news about adding an ability to pay with Robux, this requirement was removed. However, that’s no reason to withhold the subscription promised to most people. It’s important to me to be able to give all players access to the game, and it’s also important to me to figure out why my account was ignored for the subscription. This bug may be related to the game being linked to a group, I’m the group owner - so it doesn’t makes sense as well. I’m sure I’m far from the only one experiencing this issue, and I really want to understand why. I haven’t found any similar topic on devforum, so that’s going to be the one. Hopefully there will be an explanation from Roblox Admins or people that are aware of situation.

Have you checked whether you actually received the Plus? It still says that your status is to be able to publish to all ages.

yeah, of course I did. I wouldn’t create unnecessary topic and writing everything before properly checking if I’m actually just blind. Just a few more screenshots proving I haven’t got anything.
Any news about this? Not feeling like to create another topic.
