i received some roblox plus payouts and it says to go to the robux page to claim them but theres no buttons or place to claim, ive checked on desktop, mobile, and roblox app and nothing,
Expected behavior
the robux shouldnt be “pending” and should be deposited automatically
Maybe try checking the transaction page:
( Log in to Roblox ) and then pressing ‘see more’ next to Robux Transfers. You might have the option to accept there.
On the mobile app, you simply just press ‘accept’ in the notification bell menu.
So, 
→ The transfer notification → ‘Accept’
It’ll say if you’ve accepted it already too, and show up in the transfers transaction page too.
Make sure to accept it fast tho, since if you don’t accept the transfer within 7 days (I think?) it’ll bounce back and return the sender. That’s because transfers require both the sender and receiver to confirm the transfer.
i dont see a “see more” button could you show me? also for the notification it just says view profile and dismiss
Oh, are you over 16/18? If so, then, I think the transfers are automatically accepted (like those from trusted friends). I could be wrong tho.

Hey, has there been any update on this? I am still experiencing this (I have transferred robux and they are stuck on pending, with no accept option under notifs in-app, or on the Buy Robux page, for my friend). 
Bump, its been 30 days today, transaction is still pending. Any updates @starhiker13

And you have to be 16+
We have checked your records the transfer is in completed status which you have received that two transfers. Issue remain on reporting side, we are investigating the fix
Hi, checked your record, you should have received the transfer at Mon Jul 06 2026 07:16:38.475 PST. However there are reporting error which shows pending in My Transaction page, we are investigating the issue right now
