He never specified payment, the developer forums has guidelines on posting this kind of stuff.
Apologies, but roblox specifically says to not post topics asking people to write systems for you
To me it sounds like you were having a go at him for asking to create a full system for him and not for not including price, either way he can change the description of the post / comment with pricing easily, also I am going to assume this is free/voluntery work which I believe is allowed!
