i mean, you could go there in person but i heavily doubt it would result in anything since its informal and you arent supposed to be there

Re-reset it. This also happens to me every time I reset my alt account’s passwords. I have to request a reset twice to get a reset email.
Do it two times. If it didn’t work, reply to their email saying that you cannot reset your password.
