Roblox removed my verification badge, and keeps changing my display name

I got the ROBLOX Verification badge on my profile and group this month, but the day after it was removed off my profile.

Just to clarify, I did not get any warnings/bans or change my display, etc.

I’ve contacted support about 8 times but they give the the usual “check the FAQ” or “we’re unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry”.

Also, I realised they had changed my display name to my original username @TajyWajyy, so i changed it back to @tajywajyy (the one which i had the verification badge on), and they changed it back to @TajyWajyy the next day

I made sure to record video proof of me changing my display name, they’ve changed it back to TajyWajyy 2 days after.

Would anyone know the reasoning why roblox would remove the verification badge for no reason?

Did you disable authenticator on your account?
Did you change the group name?
Did you change the group owner?

Nope, i didn’t touch anything on my account.

Same thing happened to me i contacted support for a badge re-grant but they never answered my report.
