the region lock actually disappointed here
i am still yet to receive a response over the reasoning of the region locking and the use of ancient material (especially now when they are shoving stuff like rthro down our throats)

Bumping this since just over a year later, this panel is still being marketed while the region lock still also exists as an entry requirement.
