You are spreading a misinformation over there. Although that email seems a little suspicious, the Roblox employee called @MisterRedTurtle confirmed that it is legit:

Thank you I saw the message few minutes ago before I saw this!
Even if it already has a solution, I would add that on May 19, there was the chance to sign up for it. It is a way for developers and creators to give thought about the future technology, it is currently closed, but it was a survey with 4 questions.
