Happened to one of my older accounts. I do not remember exactly however I know that I contacted roblox support aka no support to either report a bug or ask a general question, when I contacted them they without saying anything randomly reset my account.
After seeing it and went to reset my password I never recieved an email, therefore I contacted roblox support aka no support again.
They never answered my question about why they reset my account and they did not care to make up for themself.
I probably contacted them about more than 10 times, without them caring a damn fluck.
Lost alot of robux in value, in todays market around R$500,000, all this happened in November 2020.
All I have to tell you is that you gotta be famous in roblox’s eyes to get everything sorted.
Go to https://www.roblox.com/login/revertAccount to fix your account if you are having issues logging in. Edit: May not work because the link does expire so you could try it.
I guess i’ll try to ask the support to give me a temporary password instead by mail since i can’t receive the automated mail from the forgot password feature.
