So as the title says, my account has been resetted. Therefore the support asked me to then reset my password using the forgot password feature.
However the mail they’ve set my account to, for some reason i cannot receive the reset password mails (i’ve already whitelisted all the roblox mails and added them to my contact, i still can’t receive those). The only mail i ever receive are those from the support.
Although, the main problem is that everytime i contact the support (over 5 times or more) and ask them to change the mail, it keeps going off topic and tells me to just use the forgot password feature when i keep telling them that i can’t use it because of the mail which is why i want them to change my mail.
Has any of you guys encountered a similar issue, and did you manage to fix it and recover your account ?
I expect this is for safety reasons. Roblox don’t have any evidence you own that account. I doubt they would just change the email address and password
If you can’t login to your emails, or having issues with it, you could try contacting the company of the mail you use
Actually they’ve acknowledged ownership as i’ve written to them with the mail that was set to my account.
They’ve even set it back to it, but when i tell them to change it to another new mail they don’t understand.
As for my mail’s domain, i contacted them but they need roblox to send me a mail to one of my email that is able to receive those type of mails and then add the non functional mail to CC, but the support hasn’t replied to that ever, so not much i can do there, my only solution is for roblox to change my mail.
Not really, when i’ve wrote them with the first ever mail (before i had changed it), they couldn’t verify ownership. So i had to write to them with my current mail (which i’m having issues with).
I can’t log into roblox because the support resetted my password (since i got hacked) so i have to set a new one by using the forgot password feature. But i’m not receiving the mail.
I haven’t logged out from devforum so i can still stay logged there.
Nah my internet is pretty good, that’s not the issue here. And tbh i have no clue what the issue is because my email’s settings are all default same as all my other mails that work properly.
The main issue really is just roblox support being mostly bots and not dealing properly with what’s asked.
True, I tried my other account to check out my old account which got banned but no use of it, the mail which I recieved was, they can’t restore it, and I’d did not use my old roblox account for many weeks. I was wondering roblox would ban the account who is very inactive?, Like it doesn’t make any sense.
