Roblox running as background process with high cpu. Help!

I’ve been recently having an issue where if I open Roblox or Roblox Studio on the pc version it will show the initial loading screen for a few seconds and then begin running as a background process while consuming a lot of CPU.

I’ve already tried reinstalling Roblox but that hasn’t helped at all. If anyone knows what could be causing this or how to fix it, please tell me in the thread.

1. Loading screen appears as normal
   

   

2. Loading screen disappears and Roblox starts as a background process, taking up loads of CPU usage.

This issue seems to have stopped appearing now and roblox runs as normal again.
