I just got a Pixel 8 and also have bad lag while playing adopt me. My old pixel 6 ran the game perfectly. Very disappointed. Hoping it’s just an optimization issue that will be resolved with an update soon.
Have been experiencing similar performance issues on the Pixel 8 since I got it in November. Interestingly, Roblox seems to run at full speed when previewing it from the app switcher. Would appreciate an update on this.
Same issue with pixel 8. I was surprised it ran slow compared to my previous phone.
I am now encountering slowness again, unsure what happened in between the past few updates.
@younite @thirdtakeonit @TigerRabbit2 I’m unaware if this thread is still active but I believe that this must be an issue with the G3(Pixel 8/Pixel 8 Pro)'s SoC architecture(RAM, CPU Cores, GPU Cores etc…). My Samsung Galaxy S10(2019, Exynos 9820, 8GB RAM, 128GB Internal Storage, 30GB External Storage) can run Pls Donate on Max Graphics with only minor frame drops(Drops to 40 - 50 FPS). I’ve also tested my phone by playing Adopt Me(Couldn’t teleport into buildings, could be a game bug??), Brookhaven(Some minor lag spikes, mainly when houses are being spawned), Arsenal(Major Lag Spikes while gun shots are firing, and yes I suck at Arsenal on mobile partially because of the fact it uses the old Roblox controls and the fire button takes up a large chunk of my screen) and Pet Simulator 99, all of these were played on Max Graphics. The only issues I’ve experienced across all experiences were that certain meshes didn’t load for a few seconds but it isn’t that much of an issue. I’ve attached a .ZIP file containing .csv files for Microprofiler Markers and .json files for Microprofiler Summaries and uploaded screen recording to provide visual evidence. I hope this provides enough information on my end to help assist you three with the issue.
Having similar issues on the pixel 7a and pixel tablet.
Are you still experiencing these issues? I’m currently unsure if any patches have been pushed as this thread is still open. I also haven’t got access to a Pixel device.
Issue appears to have been resolved based on my own testing.
