Roblox Servers Unreachable

Hi everyone,

I know reporting Roblox server issues is not ideal, but this seems to be country specific so I would like to get the word out there.

As of 12:00 AM CEST, Roblox servers have been completely unreachable in Germany. Any connection attempt seems to just fail, and timeout. DownDetector confirmed that this is not an internet connection issue on my end:

EDIT: As soon as I submit this report, I am able to connect again. :roll_eyes: Gonna keep this open as it might go right back down after I edit this. If the engineers knew about the issue all along, it would’ve been great to have seen that reflected on the status page. Any type of indication is helpful!

I am unable to confirm this. I did hear someone else say the same thing but i don’t know if this is country specific

Hi,

We did find that internally there was a dip in only Germany connection reliability but not other countries that share the same set of hosts. The likely possible culprit is that there network layer issues specific to German ISPs preventing users from reaching the DC.
