I was in a game today and then I noticed that my shift lock wouldn’t work. All that would happen is my mouse would enter shift lock mode and the cursor would change to the shift lock cursor and would move freely just like the normal mouse. My camera wouldn’t move at all.
Have you tried it with any other games? This is common in games that don’t want shift lock switch but dont turn the setting off in the settings menu.
This could possibly be the case however I find it unlikely that the game I was in doesn’t allow the use of Shift lock; it was working yesterday.
Are you on macOS by any chance? The same issues occurs for me (but rarely), sometimes it happens more often when I switch to a different desktop and return to the ROBLOX window.
I sometimes get this issue when I play games. I’m running Windows 10.

Maybe developer of the game turned off shift lock?
He didn’t… Even if he did, it wouldn’t allow you to access it.
Then try to reinstall roblox.
This bug happens in some games.
Does re-joining the place resolve the issue?
Go through each of your UIs and check if any TextButtons/ImageButtons have the property Modal enabled. Disable it once found. This should fix your problem.
