Hi! When I am playing my game, I can play it normally for around 40 minutes, then I get an error stating WebApi failure in GetUserPreferences. I get several of these errors before developer console dissapears completely, then all decals and sounds stop working, well almost all sounds. Then the ESC window gets removed, including the button to get in there and eventually Roblox crashes, this is huge problem and I can’t do anything when this happens, I have tried removing different things but nothing helps.
For some strange reason, it only happens on my game.
If anybody could help me it would be appreciated.
This seems like a “your client” problem and not a “your game” problem. Have you tried reinstalling Roblox? Perhaps you have malicious software on your computer.

I would agree with @busterbob64 here. This sounds very unlike an error from Roblox. Do you have any idea on how to reproduce this bug/crash?
However, there is chance that Roblox just isn’t installed correctly in your computer, so you may wanna re install it, after restarting your computer, just to make sure.
Check for any backdoor script in the game too.
