Roblox stopped sending 2-Step Verification Codes to Proton Mail Users?

Starting around 2 days ago, whenever I try to login or complete an action that requires a 2-Step Verification, the code is received 16 hours after requested. The header says the email was sent at the time I requested it, but was received almost 16 hours later. I am not the only one with this problem as other people have shared this issue on other platforms too. This issue never happened before until now. I am really scared as that is the account with this issue is the one I use to DevEx and I have a lot of robux in that I can not lose. Thanks.

Experiencing this right now. My account along with several other management accounts use Proton Mail and I’m not receiving any verification emails across all of them atm. Not sure what’s going on here, since I can receive 2 step verification emails with the meme service cock.li just fine, but I’d rather not switch all of my things over to there due to it’s unreliability as a forever service

i’d assume it works fine with a meme service since it most likely doesn’t have the overengineered spam filters people like google use that block everything

I am also having this problem. I can receive support request emails from roblox but nothing from accounts@roblox.com. I can 100% confirm I am looking at the correct email as I have old 2FA emails from a week or so ago.

My email ends in @protonmail.com and I am receiving nothing.

I got an email response from ProtonMail support after emailing their postmaster address. As you can see I requested a bunch of codes as I was wondering maybe it was a problem with my browser or network :skull:

They say it is a problem with Roblox, not sure whether this is true or not. I managed to log in eventually though, code came just before 15 minute mark. Roblox Support was not helpful at all, if it didn’t fix itself I am not sure how I’d get help. Luckily also was stayed log in during it all!

I can see you’ve received 25 emails from Roblox (accounts@roblox.com) in the past month. Most of them came after 17:30 +0 UTC on the 26th of October, 2024.

It looks like Roblox has been having some email delivery issues - other users also reported receiving their messages with a delay.
