Roblox Studio Autocomplete gone, Studio wont close

Since a few months my studio takes ages to do certain things, mainly the autocomplete and closing the studio / closing a file takes forever, and i have to close studio with the task manager sometimes. And the autocomplete sometimes takes a few minutes before it actually shows, it really sucks because i use autocomplete very often but sometimes have to wait a bit in order to actually use it. Takes away from my productivity.

Since today the issue has gotten even worse, with my autocomplete just disappearing fully and studio not closing without task manager. Also the testing memory shows 4gb, instead of the usual 1-2gb for a studio test. Here is an image of how that looks

I have already tried clearing cache or reinstalling studio all together but it still has the issues.

Expected behavior

If everything was working correctly, when i open studio i should be able to use autocomplete immediately. And when i try to close studio it should close almost immediately after saving everything, not hang on it for the rest of eternity

Hey! Could you provide some info on your enabled beta features? Particularly, do you have the “New Luau type solver” or “Incremental typechecking” beta features enabled?

The new type solver might be problematic for your place. Both of these beta features depend on the new type solver.

Thanks for telling me, this seems to have fixed both issues. Kind of sad though because i quite liked the new type solver.
