Roblox Studio Cannot Be Downloaded on Windows 11

I Bought a New Computer and Installed Windows 11 on it.
Computer Features;
Nvidia Ge-Force RTX 4050
Intel i5 12450H
16GB Ram
DirectX 12 Ultimate
And It Has Enough Space.
Every program downloads to my computer, but Roblox Studio and Roblox Player do not download. When I Open the Setup File, It Waits For A Long Time And Closes. But Roblox Studio or Roblox Player Doesn’t Download. When I search for the program on my computer, I cannot find any results, but when I go to the section where my game is on Roblox’s website and press the Edit Game button, the following notification comes to my browser;
This Site Wants to Open the “Roblox Protocol” App. (I added a picture, but it is in Turkish) When I select the Open option, nothing happens.
Methods I Tried:
Turning Off the Firewall and Antivirus and Running the Roblox Setup File as Administrator After Deleting Roblox Files via AppData
Result: Failed

Have you downloaded version 23h2? If yes, then the problem can be with it, since it is a beta version and is not optimized Roblox Studio does not work correctly on it.

I Dont Know Version But I Find A Log About This;
RobloxStudioInstaller_A90B0.log (4.4 KB)

Thanks. I poked around the Roblox files a little bit and found a file called RobloxStudioLauncherBeta. I opened this file and it did a short download. Then the RobloxStudioBeta file was downloaded to my computer. Roblox Studio is Now Opening.
