I have turned off all beta features, reinstalled the program, cleared the appdata and configs. No matter what I do the watch tab in Studio closes when I add something to it and opens again when I add something to it (like it is toggling). This started happening after Roblox “upgraded” my studio (apparently I had beta features enable automatically - oof). The beta version of Studio was so busted I just turned all the features off all beta feautres now this bug with the watch tab toggling everytime I add anything to it via right click.
I didn’t think having the betas on/off should make a difference either, but that’s what happened. I turned off the betas and then this started happening with the watch. It wasn’t happening before it.
Note: when I add an entry manually by typing it in it does not toggle the window.
platform: PC, Roblox Studio, all betas disabled currently.
screen configuration: dual-screen, horizontal
docking: I tried it pinned, tried it floating, tried it sliding. It made no difference.
add time: tried it both in and out of runtime it toggles either way.
manually opening: I can bring it back if I manually open it from the view selection or any other way that opens it. It also opens again if I add another watch after adding one that makes it disappear. This continues to happen regardless of how many times I add a watch. Deleting a/all watch expressions does not make the window toggle.
stick: it stays after its added when reopening the tab.
extra information: I tried deleting the appdata, tried deleting the local cache in documents, tried reinstalling studio. Nothing seems to change it and I’m stumped as to why. I tried asking the AI for help too but it tried to send me to menus that didn’t exist or values that either don’t exist/I can’t access.
