Roblox Studio crashed when I trying to type "character"

This is happened only me?
When I trying to type the “character” variable and the studio will be crashed

So, I wrote the code on the notepad, copy it and paste it on the studio and it works.

Yes, I did restart my computer just a few second ago. I tested it again and the problem has not gone. Currently I can only copy and paste that line of code so it doesn’t crash again.

only if you type character? from what shown in the video it started crashing as soon as you typed ‘c’

anyways, do you have the new type solver beta enabled? if so try disabling that or if that doesn’t work try reinstalling studio.

yes and it just somehow crashes

the problem lies in roblox beta features like you mentioned or his pc is built in such a way that crashes apps upon typing character

my bad, i meant autotyping
then it’s certain the problem is with these beta features

ive tried “IsDescendantOf” and i wasnt able to replicate your issue neither with or without the Type Solver beta.

can you try to see if it happens in other scripts or in other places/games?

and if its somehow a windows problem the only quick thing i can ask you to do is to run “sfc /scannow” in cmd and restart your pc after it finishes doing its thing.

“sfc /scannow” scans system files and repairs them if needed.

It only happened to this function only and I don’t know why lol, but somehow I thought it was the bug of the autocomplete system
