Roblox Studio now crashes on startup. It was working perfectly fine a few days ago, but now, as soon as I open the application, it instantly closes. I’ve tried deleting the registry folder for Roblox Studio, and that did not work. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling (twice), as well as restarting my machine.
I believe the problem lies with my graphics card (XFX 7900 XTX, running AMD Adrenalin Edition version 26.5.1). All of my graphics drivers and chipset drivers are up to date according to AMD Adrenalin.
Examining logs reveals the error: 2026-05-07T01:51:34.213Z,2.213348,5584,6 [FLog::Graphics] VULKAN ERROR: vkCreateSwapchainKHR(device, &swapchainInfo, nullptr, &newSwapchain) returned -13 (Unhandled error). The log file will be privately attached below.
Really not sure what to do here. This issue is pretty critical, and I cannot work on any games in the meantime.
