Roblox Studio crashes with an error every time I try to playtest a game

  1. What do you want to achieve? being able to playtest a game in Studio

  2. What is the issue? I get the error “Operation failed. Please check your network connection and try again. If the error persists, contact Customer Support” every time I try to playtest any game in Roblox Studio, and Studio closes straight after.

  1. What solutions have you tried so far? Trying everything on this post, contacting Roblox support who have not helped so far, deleting “AppData>Local>Roblox” file, enabling every app called “Roblox Studio” through my firewall

Roblox Player works perfectly, it’s just Roblox Studio that doesn’t work

Have you tried posting a #bug-reports? It might be one, just contact @bug-support and write the message in the right format and (hopefully) you’ll get it accepted
