I can’t edit my experience or even create a new experience because when I try to open experience this picture pops up.
And when I try to load any shared with me experiences it just don’t load at all.
Should I report it as a roblox studio bug or it’s my trouble?

I have restarted my computer 6 times and I have already reinstalled roblox studio.

Prolly yours, the latter one might be due to network issues whereas the initial one cud be solved (i hope) by restarting your pc or reinstalling studio.
Oh actually there mite be an issue with ur graphics settings, check if it is set to No Graphics. If yes, switch it to automatic.
Directions: Menu -> Studio Settings -> Rendering -> Graphics Mode
You are right I have just checked and it was set to no graphics tysm.
