Hello everyone, I have had this problem for a year now, roblox studio does not open and says it is not responding, I would like help please as I am afraid of losing my game files, thanks

Try uninstalling Studio, and clear your Temp Files and the Roblox Folder.
How to clear Temp Files?
- Press Win + R on your keyboard and type
%temp%. - Select all files in the Temp folder and delete it.
How to clear the Roblox Folder?
- Uninstall the Normal Roblox Player/Roblox Studio.
- Go to Windows Explorer and type this on the address bar:
C:\Users\(Your Windows Username)\AppData\Local - Find and Delete and Roblox folder.
What is the address bar?
Once done the above, install Studio again and see if it fixes the issue.

ok thanks, i’ll try, is there any other method? if i uninstall on roblox studio and reinstall it?

Well, there are other potential fixes to your problem:
When on Roblox Studio, go to File > Settings, and reset your settings. I recommend doing this only if the first 2 fixes I’ve provided doesn’t work.
