I have a pathfinding system, and it works decently, when i play in studio it is smooth and works, were as in roblox it hesitates and generates the paths not quick enough and i dont know how to fix it. In studio they consistently move and in roblox they wait between each move, causing their idle animation to take over and make them lose speed
Studio testing is all done using your CPU as the server and the client.
Actual gameplay is done on a Roblox server and your device as the server which can cause lag or delays that affect gameplay.
There are plenty of posts already about NPCs or AIs stuttering or pausing (I actually posted in one of them just a few minutes ago). Try searching through them to see if any of them have solutions that work for you.
