When editing an experience that has already been saved to Roblox and has Team Create / Live Editing enabled will fail to load the icons of Studio and the textures of players, parts and more.
Here is an image of the toolbox and the ribbon failing to load some icons:
The red circles I drew show all icons that haven’t loaded, making it difficult for me to navigate through Studio. Here is an image of the textures of the game failing to load when play testing (only in Solo Testing):
My avatar is supposed to be loaded and same for the topbar icons as well as the cursor which also hasn’t loaded. I also have enabled a plugin which emits rain and some lighting settings and objects which haven’t been rendered. On top of that, when ending the Solo Testing you are no longer able to test and trying to close Studio doesn’t work unless forcefully ending the task through Task Manager. I only find this problem in Live Editing but not with local files (.rbxl).

Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling Studio and see if that helps? In your screenshot I can see that quite a number of icons are missing which are stored as local files, and I can only think they are not rendering because the files were corrupted somehow.
If that doesn’t help at all let me know and we can check into this deeper.
I tried that the moment I got this error, I believe that this error only occurs for one particular experience of mine and not for any others. The experience takes a few minutes to load with all icons and textures for me and then I am able to work on the experience. Maybe it is a problem to do with resource consumption since checking Task Manager shows a high consumption of 60% for CPU which is far higher than the average of 1-3%, but all I have to do is wait for a bit until the full studio has loaded and then I won’t run into any errors.
After working on it for a bit more and adding more assets which aren’t resource consuming at all on my other places but on this one it just can’t autosave and even publish new changes either. I am absolutely terrified because I put so much effort into making it and now I receive this error when trying to open the place:
Fortunately I have a backup from a few days ago and I didn’t make much work in my session so all is not lost, however everytime I try and reupload that backup it always causes the same resource consumption error and would eventually lead to the error I am receiving now. This only happens for the specific place, and I have scanned through the entire place for any viruses but it’s all clean and I only have 3200 items in the entire game (by items I mean remote events, scripts, models, parts, etc). This is concerning and is deeply hindering my progress.
Even if I uploaded the backup normally it still wouldn’t work.
I have attempted to upload my backup and so far it is working smooth, loading everything and no errors or crashes. I will still remain wary of this and leave this bug report open.
Good that you have it solved for now. I’ll keep the thread open for a bit in case in comes back with the new place.
If it does, it would also be super helpful if you could post in here (or a new thread if I have already closed this one by then) and also DM me the matching studio log for that failure. You can find information about how to get those logs here: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016022492-How-to-Retrieve-Roblox-Studio-Logs
