as you’ve seen the title, my friend has been having an error on roblox where when loading a game it wouldn’t load. just an infinite looping game loading screen

Check to see if the Roblox server(s) is down in your area.
that is my friend’s area brazil, and i’m pretty sure yeah but normal roblox works just fine for them
Maybe it’s a problem caused by an update. It wouldn’t hurt to try uninstalling and installing Studio to get the most recent version.

Yes, but if your latest version is glitched then uninstalling and reinstalling might fix it.
