Expected behavior

Hello i am alpha_botsking123, i would like to report why roblox studio rejected my login request multiple times. I have been doing this since yesterday and it just won’t let me use it. I used the quick login feature, and the regular (type you’re name in the box and password) feature. Also i already tried the Reinstall method it didn’t work. help me

Have you tried logging in from the browser?

Unless your IP address constantly changes, logging in from the browser should work.

i already tried using that methodbut still doesnt work. And i never change my IP address.

Do you know why Login via Browser is not working? Double check you have no VPNs or proxies active on your machine.

Can you sign in directly in Studio? e.g. with the login webview prompt

Oh, then have you tried to click in “Trust this device for 30 days”?

I don’t know why login via Browser doesn’t work, it just say the same thing. Also i did not have any VPN or proxies active.

Have you tried:

  • Checking your internet connection? Maybe that is not stable.
  • Going to a different location, or using a VPN?
  • Changing your Wi-Fi network to a different one, like your phone’s data or another available network that you have?

  • my internet connection is good and stable
  • i did not using any vpn now (i will try it later)
  • i have 2 Wi-Fi (one for my family members, and the other one for my room) and none of them work for sign up in roblox studio.

maybe buying new laptop will fix this?

You can probably buy a new laptop for it to work, but I don’t really recommend it. Try using a VPN. There’s a lot of free ones. Maybe that will work?

Yeah vpn doesn’t work, i will just buy a new laptop (i hate this problem so much)

At least try to reinstall Studio and see if it resolves the issue.
