Roblox studio models to blender error

everytime i export a model to blender from roblox I get this message:

This might be a blender error. Assuming you’ve already closed and opened blender again… try re-exporting in roblox and then import into blender.

I have tried this many many many times, it still reoccurs even if i disable split by object or groups. It seems to me I am the only person with this problem of the entire discord server

I’d try reinstalling both softwares
