Roblox Studio non-responsive

Reproduction Steps
I currently have no steps to reproduce this issue

Sytem Information - Macbook Air, Processor - 1.4 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, Memory - 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Graphics - Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB

Expected Behavior
I should be able to normally open studio and be able to use it

Actual Behavior
Studio is completley frozen and will not load. The application is not responsive and I recieve no studio errors.

Workaround
I have tried everything out there to fix this. Re-installing studio, disabling all my plugins etc, nothing has worked

I have been experiencing the same type of issue, but for me Studio just has constant errors opening and loading in places. I am trying to make a game now and have already tried about 11 times but it still just keeps getting errors.

Roblox Studio is giving me random Internal Server Error

Sorry to hear that! We’ll take a look into this. Could you send us the log and dmp files that are created when you try to open Roblox Studio? You can find them in [RobloxFolder]/logs or [RobloxFolder]/logs/archive.

I’m having this exact same problem and it’s stopping me from getting work done. I had to restart Roblox Studio as that seemed to be a fix for it, But not a permanent one. When closing the non-responsive studio, It pops up with an error saying “Studio failed to fetch configuration settings” & After clicking OK, Closes. I’ve also saw other people with this exact same issue so I think it’s not just a small minority of people having this bug occur. It also likes to spit out this error on the output of affected studio tabs:

Got no clue why this is happening, But i’m guessing it’s something related to roblox breaking with sending commits to scripts.

I Don’t find the dmp files, this is the log of the last session on studio where i get and am still getting Internal Server Error.

I am also getting

quite often since a few days, when starting studio.

Hello! Sorry to hear the difficulties. We’re actively looking into the issue. The “failed to fetch configuration settings” is a known issue and there’s a thread here about it. Thanks!
