Just got this error when trying to start a testing server in VR Tried to restart studio and got the error again

Update: It just went away but it seems to be fairly inconsistent, just be patient and eventually the error should go away

This error happened to me, but for some reason, some times the error happens and some times it doesn’t happen, even if you uninstall Roblox.

If you are still getting this error, then you should reinstall studio and roblox player and install them again.

I got this error after I logged out of my account, when I logged back in, I got this error, I think I got it fixed because I ran it as Admistrator. To run it as admin, you right click on Roblox studio, and then click on run as administrator.

Reinstalling Studio unfortunately cleared all my plugins, is this related to the bug?

I kept getting this error with one of my .rbxl files, and not the other. After countless attempts to open it, now it finally opens. What gives, and what changed?

ok so i was receiving the same, but as for some reason, it worked after i restarted the computer, i think the problem isn’t at the computer, it is for everyone who tries to open studio from the explorer thing gets the same, so i think they will fix in my conclusion

Started having issues a few moments ago when scripts failed to commit. Relaunching studio now gives me the “failed to fetch configuration settings” error.
