Roblox Studio Problem

Hello Creators, i need your help!

When i am in Roblox Studio i start lagging and this makes me difficult to Develop.

in the Video it’s not showing i am lagging as well, But look at my mouse, it shows.

My Studio is in Italian please ignore it i am From italy!

Please Help me or Give a Suggestion in Comments, Thank you!

What are your Computer specs? What is your experience with running heavy tasks on your Computer? Do you have any weird plugins installed? When did this start happening (after some sort of update)? Please some more information.
