This is my first time opening studio in a month, I had to update it, after the update instead of studio opening It got crashed, I tried reopening it several times, I got the exact same crash, I tried deleting and downloading it 2 times, got the same crash. I also deleted everything related to Roblox Studio and downloaded it again, yet I got the same crash. At this point I really have no idea on how to fix it. I really need help!

It’s Monterey, my mac’s a fairly old model.
Maybe a file got corrupted inside of the studio or maybe something is clashing with the studio processes. I think you should click “Show Details”, copy the details, and send it to the Roblox Support team, since we don’t actually have the details inside of the screenshot. I think you also shouldn’t post the full details here since it can sometimes contain information that you may not want to accidentally share.
oh ye no thats too old thats version 12 the latest is 15 rn
Yeah that’s a nice idea but I closed my Mac and opened it up again, now studio won’t open and there’s no system message. So I can’t really open the details.
Yeah that’s right, but Roblox Studio is supported up to 10.13 and above I think
still just try updating to the latest version then tell us
I can’t my Mac isn’t supported for anything above Monterey, this is the latest version I can update to.
Have you tried to delete the settings file of Roblox?
Not sure what you mean with settings file, could you explain further? I have deleted it from apps and downloads and opened up storage and deleted it from there as well.
I’m not sure if going to Library > Preferences and deleting all of the roblox com files (as stated in here) is the same as what you did, so probably restart your mac and maybe the studio will open again with the error message, then you can pass it into the Roblox support team.
I’ve shut down and opened my Mac, the system message doesn’t pop up, and I’ve downloaded it again, no system messages, I’ve also deleted every roblox file in preferences inside the finder, nothing changed, I’ve also contacted Support, I don’t expect much from them. Honestly I think I’m giving up on roblox right now, this might just be the end of Roblox Studio for me. Having to deal with all of this is honestly stressing me out.
Going back to this because it’s still not fixed, I’ve sent support a mail and as expected I didn’t receive any help, instead I got an automated message back, sending me a link to a tutorial on how to fix it which I’ve already read and done but obviously didn’t help. If there’s any staff members reading this, PLEASE help me.
That’s a bit odd. Usually there are support agents that will soon follow up on your report if you didn’t click on any links that marks the problem as solved in the mail that the automated message sent.
