Roblox Studio randomly does not stop the play test and you cannot test again in the same studio session

Hello, so today I was doing some play tests and I went in a script to see if there was a problem with my script, as I discovered my scripting issues I tried stopping the play test.

As I clicked the red dot I waited a bit and nothing happened, it was like it was frozen but I could edit the script (in play mode I think).

I tried clicking it a couple more times but it did nothing, it just remained hovered and I could not play again, I could close and exit the scripts but if I went to the main place session it was just a blue void.

The only way to “fix” this is by closing studio but as I reopen, around 3-4 play tests it happens again, I don’t know how to truly fix this.
Any help is greatfully accepted.

Same thing happening to me right now. It’s not the specs because I have a gaming laptop so I know it’s not the case. This started happening to me right after this new studio UI update. This has been happening a little too frequent for my liking.

Thank goodness I saved my project minutes before, I would’ve lost half an hour worth of progress. Make sure to turn on auto recovery as well.

Yeah auto-recovery is on, I don’t know if it is a Next Gen Studio bug but this is really annoying, I hope they fix this soon.
