Hello.
I haven’t used Roblox Studio for a while but I don’t remember script editor to have a delay for changing text and whitespace colors. I have to be honest, it’s really annoying as I like things to go smoothly.
Here is how it looks like:
As you can see, the text and whitespace color changes after few miliseconds.
I tried restarting Roblox Studio settings, disabling Beta Features but nothing really helped.
I thought my PC is going slow but I don’t have any lags.
Do you have any suggestions how can I fix it? Or it’s a normal thing now
(Btw, I didn’t know to what category put this in so don’t judge me)
You are more than likely experiencing a performance bottleneck somewhere because this is NOT normal.
But you can try reinstalling Roblox studio just to verify and to see if it still persists though.
If it’s still there then it’s most likely a performance bottleneck if you dont mind, what are the system specs/requirements that you have??
I’ve noticed this as well for at least a month. It never really bothered me enough to question it though. This is more than likely a bug to do with Roblox Studio’s linting system. Your best course of action is probably to create a post in Bug Reports > Studio Bugs.
