Roblox Studio shows black screen and freezes when opening game

System Info:
Studio version: Latest (auto-updated)

Project status: Published game, not a local file

CPU: Intel i3-4170
RAM: 16 GB DDR3
GPU: NVIDIA GT 740
OS: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)

When I try to open one of my games directly from the Studio start screen (not a local .rbxl file), the 3D viewport remains completely black, even after waiting over 15 minutes. Nothing in the Workspace renders, though the Explorer and other panels do show up. Additionally, RAM usage jumps to ~6 GB, and CPU usage hovers around 70%, without ever pressing “Play”.

When I try to close the Studio window after this, it freezes indefinitely, and I have to force-close it using Task Manager.

I have already tested all solutions, I disabled all plugins, changed the graphics mode in Studio settings, cleared the %localappdata%\Roblox\Versions folder, and even completely uninstalled and reinstalled Roblox Studio. None of these actions resolved the issue. The problem persists specifically when opening this one game, regardless of Studio settings or plugin state.
