Roblox Studio stuttering extremely hard and drops to ~40 fps

I have this issue when loading ANY roblox game I have saved. Never had this issue before, the fps goes from 240 to around 40. Changing graphics doesn’t do anything.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 4500 6 Cores
AMD RX 5700 XT Challenger Pro OC
16 GB DDR4 3200 MT/s Corsair

  • Drivers are updated
  • Restarted PC
  • Disabled FRM

(also I thought this board was the best one to post this on, if it’s wrong let me know.)

Try making it full screen . I get this sometimes
