We’ve released a Roblox Studio Survey to better understand what our users think of our Studio Tools. This will provide our teams with great feedback that can be used to improve your experience of Roblox Studio.
The survey is completely optional, you can remain anonymous too if you wish, and should only take a few minutes to complete.
I am not 100% sure why Linux and Chrome OS are options for game development. I heard some complaints using WineHQ for Roblox… although I have never tried myself.
I found questions 21 and 22 (asking what we like and dislike about different aspects of studio) super annoying because it feels like I’m saying I like or dislike all of that part whereas in reality I like some things but at the same time I have issues with them because they don’t support stuff I want to do. For example, I like terrain tools and I’d say I’ve gotten pretty good with them, but at the same time I dislike them because I can’t easily create large features such as mountains or hills or stuff like that. Same story with default tools, I’ve got them hot-keyed and they are awesome that way but I also really dislike the fact they don’t support rotating around edges or being able to select a model and then rotate it around an arbitrary point.
fyi, I did see the “other” option and used that as needed.

My guess is this just means ‘can staff take a look into this area to improve’ - not ‘this whole feature is crap, remove it’ so don’t worry about it. I felt the same way about the features I picked which I thought needed improvement.
Was confused when the Next button brought me back to the same page again and again (first thought I pressed that awkwardly positioned Back button) because I hadn’t selected anything under “What do you NOT LIKE about studio?” since there’s not really anything wrong with it. dark theme is a separate feature
