Anyone know why the rock textures look so bad in game but not studio view?

Graphic Quality? Studio may render higher Quality by default where in game people may have lower graphics.
Go to your studio settings and check out this setting:
Adjust as needed and see if that is the difference.
(same adjustments may be made inside experiences by Adjusting the Graphics via roblox menu in game and seeing if that makes a difference at all)
This is my best guess to what is happening
