Hi my friend recently got his account stolen and the passwords changed. 6 hours afterward he got a ton of 2fa requests from when he was logged out sourced to Bogor, Indonesia. However when he clicked the button to review the info it just sent him to login. The forgot passwords messages don’t go through. But we thought Roblox support would help and even with supplying everything they said we needed like email phone number email connected to first billing account even ip supplied in the 2fa email it just says it doesn’t have enough info what can I do?

This is why its so important to get your account verified. But anyways, to your question I don’t think there’s a lot you can do now apart from reporting it to Roblox Support. I recommend trying to make an new account and verify it then contact them and see what they say. If this fails let me know and I will try to see if I can help you. Hope this has been helpful.

If by verified then you mean 2fa enabled then it was verified but thanks for the advice
