Roblox Support Appeal Team works very poorly/ late response led to permanent deletion of my account

  1. A month ago, there was a problem with false account bans due to “Terrorism or Violent Extremism.”
    I was one of the victims; I wrote about it on the forum: Link

    Later this problem was supposedly solved (image)

    But support took a very, very long time to respond. When they responded my appeal was rejected (image)

    but as the forum was “resolved” I couldn’t do anything about it so I just ignored it as it was only a 7 day ban.(But knowing that after 7 days of ban you will be banned forever, I was a little scared.)
  2. 2 months later (2 days ago / 11/04/2025) my account 88888888i88888888 was deleted. Unfortunately.
    The next day I sent an appeal. This time they responded very quickly, but the request was rejected.
    Judging by the quick response, they didn’t even bother to check my transaction and trade history. (I asked them to do this because I’m a popular UGC creator with a checkmark, and there’s nothing suspicious in my trade and transaction history.) (images)



    It’s very strange that despite a very quick response, one of the moderators wrote that my appeal will not be reviewed again.
  3. A similar situation with the same reason happened to me about half a year ago.
    4 of my accounts with checkmarks were deleted and also one account without checkmark over the same reason.
    I waited a very long time for an answer, but after rejections from lazy moderators, there were some who took the trouble and were able to actually check the trade history on all my accounts and restore them. (images)




    I am creating this forum because unfortunately some moderators don’t want to do their job and check the account.

Expected behavior

I want you to pass this information on so that another moderator can review my account again, as well as my purchase and trade history: 88888888i88888888 (link: https://www.roblox.com/users/7029774387/profile) and also unban it.

I would also like you to tell the moderators to carefully check each appeal and check deleted accounts because I am sure that I am not the first person who suffers from this error. (As far as I know, there are still people who haven’t been unbanned after an exploit that could change another person’s avatar in the game.)

@starhiker13 Last time you forwarded forum post about “terrorism or violent extremism” ban-note to support team. Can you also forward my post to right correct support moderator so they can carefully review my account again because it was a double mistake?

Bump, I feel your pain. My termination got confirmed as a bug 2 weeks ago and my account is still not reinstated.

I’m jealous you got human responses over email though. Hopefully I can find a specialist!
