Roblox support cannot help me get my hacked account back

Oddly enough, I’m trying to get my hacked account back, but there’s a big problem: Roblox for some reason doesn’t believe me, they say THEY don’t have enough information to check whether I’m the real owner of the account or not. Although I send them all the evidence, such as: a link to a return account, first account email.

But as I see, they still don’t believe


So what should I do?

Unfortunately, you won’t get very far with roblox support.

Most of the time you will be met with an automated response stating that there hasn’t been enough information provided to prove ownership of the account.

If you made any purchases on the account you could try providing proof with billing information.

That is, if I bought something in my account, then the letter should really have arrived in the mail? (sorry for my bad english)

I only have a message that my premium subscription has ended

Then you can provide this as proof, also if you had any previous emails connected to the account you should include them to.

If you have any giftcard codes, I’ve heard they’re very effective

i have robux gift cards, is this what you meant?

As long as you have the card that was originally used to purchase the premium with, I think you’d be able to use that as proof

unfortunately I didn’t buy it from Roblox

I believe you are able to use them if you have the code you redeemed. It needs to get tracked by Roblox to apply the Premium upgrade, after all.

As I see, nothing helped again - it still says that there is not enough information, I told them everything possible and I’m still writing from the FIRST mail
