Oddly enough, I’m trying to get my hacked account back, but there’s a big problem: Roblox for some reason doesn’t believe me, they say THEY don’t have enough information to check whether I’m the real owner of the account or not. Although I send them all the evidence, such as: a link to a return account, first account email.
Unfortunately, you won’t get very far with roblox support.
Most of the time you will be met with an automated response stating that there hasn’t been enough information provided to prove ownership of the account.
If you made any purchases on the account you could try providing proof with billing information.
As I see, nothing helped again - it still says that there is not enough information, I told them everything possible and I’m still writing from the FIRST mail
