Roblox support not being sent?

So my account got falsely banned, and I’m trying to appeal it, but every appeal I send through doesn’t even get sent, and I don’t get any confirmation email.

I got a friend to try and appeal my ban (since that’s an option) but roblox just sent them a message back instantly that read something like “Get the account owner to contact us”, which of course I cant because my appeals aren’t getting sent.

I even replied to an old support email from roblox and still got nothing.

What can I do?

When you click “Submit” on Support - Roblox, do you see something like this?

If so, you need to log out of your deleted account and create a support ticket at Support - Roblox without logging into any account.

Sometimes your request doesn’t process properly if you try to submit a ticket while logged in to a deleted account.
