Roblox support not responding in promised timeframe

(I am sorry if this the wrong category, I couldn’t find a more fitting one.)

Hello,

I made a ticket to roblox 6 days ago.

4 days ago, I got a response, acknowledging everything my ticket was about etc. They promised to respond within 48 hours MAX.

It has now been (as said) more than 2x the supposed “maximum” time limit; what should I do?

Have they “forgotten it”? I have checked all my extra folders like spam bin etc, nothing. Should I email them back asking what’s going on?

I am really confused and said delayed ticket is pretty urgent.

Its weirder because the response seems to have been written by a human for once, I don’t know how they could have missed it. But I didn’t expect much, like you say this is Roblox Support we’re talking about :joy:
