Every time I try and submit a report, I get this error. I have tried submitting a report ticket for the past 2 weeks and still nothing has changed.

Fixed it myself, just clear all browsing data, history, cache, cookies, etc. I believe it has to do with Roblox website updates and cache not been cleared in a while, so most likely there was some networking issue. Either way, this should fix future issues if you come into the same issue.
