Roblox Support "Too many attempts"

Hey guys,

After releasing an update to my game and playing for a bit, I hopped off for a few hours, and upon logging back in, observed that I had been banned for 7 days.

I believe it to be a false ban, and I attempted to submit an appeal, but Roblox Support gave me the error “too many attempts, try again later.”

Is there any way I can fix this or do anything about it? I really want to appeal this ban but Support seems to be giving me a hard time.

Do you have a VPN on?

If so, try turning that off and try again.

What was the ban for?
Was the update the cause of the ban?
How many attempts did you make to try and appeal?

I know this post is an year old, but I’m encountering the same problem from my account being deleted. I’ve only submitted an support ticket once, and I’m trying again because the first one didn’t have good enough explanation.
