It just keeps saying “Too many attempts. Try again later.”, even though I have submitted nothing.

Roblox Support might be having issues right now, I’d suggest waiting a few hours or up to 24 hours and then try resubmitting your ticket. You can also maybe monitor the Roblox Status site for any incidents. If both don’t work and you continue to have that prompt, I’d suggest checking your browser extensions to see if you have anything malicious or anything that could possibly block it. If it STILL continues, then maybe try contacting Roblox with their old email address that in theory, should still work. Hope this helps!
